Below are some of the queries we most often receive. If your questions are not answered here or if you have special requests, need information about groups tours/rates, or would like to send feedback on our site or our tours, please feel free to contact us.

Q: What kind of tours do you offer?
A: We have a daily CEMETERY & VOODOO TOUR which meets at 1:15pm Monday through Friday, 10:30am & 1:15pm on Saturdays, and 10:30am on Sundays. We also offer a nightly GHOST & VAMPIRE TOUR every night at 8:15pm.

Q: Where do the tours begin?
A: Ghost and Vampire tours begin at Toulouse Royale Gifts, 601 Royal Street, in the French Quarter. Cemetery and Voodoo tours begin at Royal Blend Coffee and Tea House, 621 Royal Street, in the French Quarter. (see map below or Google map).

Q: What time should we be there?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before tour time.

Q: How much are the tours?
A: Tickets are $20 per person, plus $1 tour tax.

Q: Do you have any discounts?
A: Tickets purchased in advance online are discounted.  There are $3 off coupons available on this web site.

 
We also offer a discount of $2 off our regular $20 price for students, seniors, and military personnel when paying cash at tour time without the coupons.  Discounts cannot be combined.

Q: Where exactly do the tours go?
A: The daytime cemetery tour goes through the French Quarter towards Rampart Street, and then across to the St Louis Cemetery #1. After that, we go back to Rampart Street to visit the Voodoo Spiritual Temple. The nightly ghost tour goes through the mainly residential sections of the lower French Quarter.

A: Our dedication to providing an exciting and intimate storytelling experience, where sometimes the stars are the ghosts themselves. The way we present the tour is much like a campfire setting - storytelling at its best. Not only are our guides highly versed in the history of the city, they are fascinated by the paranormal and have had personal experiences with ghosts and other entities, sometimes during the tour! We are dedicated to limited group size. While theatrical tours walk with 50 plus guests per 1 guide, we strive to provide a more intimate experience. Why scare the ghosts away with shouting, when you can be quiet and hear them?

Q: How long are the tours?
A: All of our regularly scheduled walking tours are approximately 2 hours long. Private group tours can be shortened or lengthened according to the needs of the group.
