My grandmother woke and headed to the kitchen for some water. She heard the strangest noises: the microwave turning on and off, the living room windows rattling. The lights flickered and the TV turned on too. It caused her so much anxiety that she didn't sleep for a week. When it happened again, she was frazzled. She screamed at the spirit to leave her alone. I was staying there and heard her say the craziest things. "This isn't your house anymore. Get out!" she yelled. Apparently, it worked because grandma never complained about ghosts again. We asked her landlord if anything weird had happened there, and he admitted that his great grandfather had died in the apartment. He had hurt himself in the yard, but rather than call for help, came inside to "sleep off the pain". They had found him a few hours later, dead in his bed. I have been scared to sleep in that house ever since, though grandma assures us that she hasn't heard anything of him since she told him to leave. Azuredee Thomas, PA
